Kendra is a proud Fort Collins native who earned both her bachelors and master’s degrees from the University of Wyoming. She has 30 years of HR experience ranging from large corporations to small, locally owned, and family-run businesses.

She has extensive knowledge in HR compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, recruitment, retention, succession planning, training, and leadership development.

Kendra thrives on helping small business owners approach human resources management in a way that matches the unique culture of their organization.

This appointment is with an SBDC Specialist who offers a limited number of hours (3, 1 hour sessions) to each SBDC client s/he sees. Please provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation if you are unable to make this appointment. Although we understand that emergencies arise, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will count as 1 hour of the consultant’s time. As well, our normal cancellation policy applies: cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment may result in a requirement to attend a class before you can reschedule an appointment.
