CANCELLATION POLICY

After the second time a client misses an appointment or cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the client will need to attend a paid workshop before they may schedule any further consulting appointments. Any appointments already scheduled will be canceled. Until you attend a training session, you will be unable to schedule with any SBDC consultants. This is not to make our services inaccessible, only to ensure that the time consultants provide is fully utilized. Thank you for your consideration!
