Mike Kohler, Elevate Training Coordinator Elevate Leadership and Workforce Development Training Larimer County Economic & Workforce Development Mike Kohler directs a program that offers an array of workforce development training. He has been a business owner and a communications executive for two of the largest U.S. broadband companies. Mike co-authored The Educated Franchisee and has received teaching honors from graduate strategic communication programs at Purdue University and West Virginia University. Mike earned his MBA and a Bachelor’s in Communications from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he was honored with Distinguished Service Awards from the College of Public Affairs and Community Service and the Department of Communication.
